 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have a concern regarding your order, please contact us at info@thefacefx.com and inform us of your issue. While we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy, at our own discretion we may allow refunds under the circumstances of: 

1. Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

2. Cosmetics that have been used or altered (opened, brushed, picked, or cut) in any way will not be accepted. According to the Federal law you cannot return cosmetic makeup products that have been used. This includes removing the applicator from the bottle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to cosmetic returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

3. Product must be exchanged for something of equal value. We reserve the right to change our prices at anytime.

4. You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. Processing may take up to 48 hours. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. 

 We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 7-14 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received. Upon shipping, you will be notified VIA e-mail with tracking information.  We do not offer overnight shipping in order to ensure bank card information is valid. Any international inquiries may contact us at info@thefacefx.com .

We ONLY ship to addresses that are confirmed. If your address is "unconfirmed", you will be contacted via email for us to receive a written statement that this is indeed your banking card information, address and that you authorize this purchase. This is to avoid credit/debit card fraud.  We pride in protecting our business and our customers. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. In the event the holiday falls on a Monday, orders are processed 48 hours after received. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
